At Gautsni, we specialize in luxury bespoke furniture, interior solutions, architectural planning, turnkey execution, home décor, and lighting products. Due to the customized and project-based nature of our offerings, our shipping and delivery process varies depending on the product or service type.

1. Delivery Categories

Our delivery terms differ for the following categories:
A. Bespoke / Custom Furniture
B. Turnkey & Interior Projects
C. Ready-Made Home Décor & Lighting Products

2. Bespoke / Custom Furniture

● All custom furniture pieces are manufactured after design approval and advance payment.
● Production timelines typically range between 3–8 weeks, depending on design complexity and material availability.
● Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Important:

● Delivery dates are estimated timelines and may vary.
● Minor delays due to material sourcing, vendor coordination, or logistics shall not qualify for cancellation or refund.
● Installation, if required, will be scheduled separately.

3. Turnkey Interior & Architectural Projects

For interior design, turnkey execution, and architectural services:
● Delivery refers to project completion milestones.
● Timelines are defined in the signed project agreement.
● Delays may occur due to:
    ○  Client approval delay
    ○ Site readiness issues
    ○ Force majeure events
    ○ Third-party vendor delays
Gautsni shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

4. Ready-Made Home Décor & Lighting Products

● Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
● Standard delivery timeline: 5–10 business days depending on location.
● Tracking details will be shared (if applicable).

Delivery Conditions:

● Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.
● Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours.
● Unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims.

5. Shipping Charges

● Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at checkout or in quotation.
● For large furniture items, logistics and installation charges may be billed separately.

6. Installation Services

● Installation scheduling depends on site readiness.
● Client must ensure:
    ○ Proper access
    ○ Electricity availability
    ○ Clean and safe working environment
Delays caused due to site unpreparedness may result in rescheduling charges.

7. Risk & Ownership

● Risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery at site.
● Gautsni is not responsible for damage caused after successful delivery and installation sign-off.

8. International Shipping

For international orders:
● Shipping timelines vary based on the destination country.
● Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the client.
