Welcome to Gautsni. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services, products, and project engagements. By engaging with Gautsni, you agree to comply with the following terms.
Gautsni specializes in:
● Luxury Bespoke Furniture
● Interior Design Services
● Turnkey Interior Solutions
● Architectural Planning
● Space Planning & Optimization
● Hospitality Design Projects
● Home Décor & Lighting Solutions
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
● Every project will be governed by a mutually agreed proposal/quotation.
● Scope of work is limited to what is mentioned in the signed agreement.
● Any additional work requested beyond scope will be charged separately.
● All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.
● Advance payment is required before project commencement.
● Payment schedules will be defined in the project agreement.
● Gautsni reserves the right to suspend work in case of delayed payments.
Taxes (GST or applicable government taxes) will be charged as per Indian law
● Custom-made furniture and design solutions are non-refundable once production begins.
● Minor variations in color, polish, grain, fabric, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
● Changes after design approval may attract additional charges.
● All design concepts, drawings, layouts, 3D renders, mood boards, and presentations remain the intellectual property of Gautsni until full payment is received.
● Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share designs without written consent.
The client agrees to:
● Provide accurate site measurements (if not measured by Gautsni).
● Ensure site readiness before installation.
● Provide necessary approvals and access permissions.
Gautsni will not be responsible for delays caused due to incomplete site readiness or client-side issues.
● Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
○ Material availability
○ Vendor delays
○ Client approval delays
○ Force majeure events
Delays beyond reasonable control shall not result in penalties or refunds.
● Warranty (if applicable) will be specified in the invoice or agreement.
● Warranty does not cover:
○ Normal wear and tear
○ Improper handling or misuse
○ Third-party alterations
Gautsni’s liability shall be limited to the value of the contract or product purchased. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
Gautsni shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to:
● Natural disasters
● Government regulations
● Supply chain disruptions
● Strikes or labor issues
● Events beyond reasonable control
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City, India].
